We also analyze the source of your income and review your professional background.
This helps us build a coherent, structured, and strong application file.

Finally, this preparation reassures landlords thanks to a clear and transparent presentation of your situation.

First, you provide all the elements of your application file, which we carefully review and prepare to meet market expectations.

Then, based on your personal and professional situation, we identify the most suitable solutions to strengthen your profile.

For example, this may include a personal guarantor, additional insurance such as VISALE or Cautioneo, or a first-demand bank guarantee.

However, some properties are covered by rent guarantee insurance or owned by institutional landlords, which may limit available options.

Once your application is validated, it is ready to be submitted to potential landlords.

Next, we create a dedicated conversation group to centralize communication. At the same time, you proceed with the 30% deposit payment.

Your property hunter then begins an exhaustive search using powerful tools that provide real-time access to the entire rental market — including traditional platforms and off-market opportunities through our network.

As we go along, we share relevant listings with you based on your criteria and market realities.

When suitable properties are identified, we first ensure — whenever possible — that your application is acceptable to landlords.

We then schedule visits and accompany you to evaluate all key aspects of each property.

If you are unavailable, we take photos and videos on your behalf.

We can also organize live video calls directly through the conversation group.

Together, we decide which properties to apply for based on your preferences.

First, we verify that the lease agreement is compliant to proceed with peace of mind.

You then pay, where applicable, agency fees, the security deposit, the prorated first rent, and the remaining balance of our service.

Finally, an appointment is scheduled to complete the move-in inspection and finalize your installation.

On move-in day, your property hunter accompanies you to carry out the entry inspection.

Your home must be insured from that date, and a proof of home insurance will be required.

In advance, you will also have the opportunity to set up essential services such as electricity, gas, and internet.

Once everything is completed, you can move in right away and fully enjoy your new home.
