The price depends on the type of mission selected:

  • Studio search – €1,290 incl. VAT

  • 1-bedroom apartment – €1,390 incl. VAT

  • 2-bedroom apartment – €1,490 incl. VAT

  • 3-bedroom apartment – €1,590 incl. VAT

  • 4-bedroom apartment and more – €1,690 incl. VAT

  • Exceptional mission – €2,490 incl. VAT

A deposit is required when the mission begins, and the remaining balance is due at the end of the mission upon signing the lease.

To start your mission, we ask for a deposit.
The remaining balance is only due the day before the lease is signed, once the mission is successful.

There is one exception: if you are eligible for the Mobili-Pass program.

Real estate agency fees are not included.
They are paid by the tenant.

Yes, it is possible.

However, this may make the search longer because it will focus only on properties offered directly by private landlords, which represent about 20% of the market.

Note: real estate agency fees are capped at €15 per m² for a standard lease.

This is especially helpful at the beginning of the mission because it allows your Hunter to better understand your preferences.
They will then investigate these opportunities and organize viewings if they match your criteria and availability.

It is essential to coordinate your availability with your Hunter so that your schedules can be managed efficiently. Communication is key.

If necessary, we can also arrange a video call viewing if the technology allows it.

This is simply the reality of the rental market: demand is very high and competition is strong.

Your Hunter will continue to support you while respecting our mutual commitments.

You will visit the property together to make sure everything is in order and that you’ve truly found a great opportunity.

We are not above the law, and even Donald Trump wouldn’t be able to pardon us!

You may cancel the mission within 15 days, minus the administrative fee of €150 already paid.
After this period, the full mission fee is due.
