These Terms of Use and General Terms of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are entered into between:

Rent Hunter, a micro-enterprise, whose registered office is located at 21 avenue Foch, 92250 La Garenne-Colombes, France (hereinafter the “Company”)

and

The User of this website

Preamble

The Company operates a website accessible at https://www.renthunter.fr, offering an online marketplace dedicated to connecting Hunters with Clients.

These Terms govern the conditions of use and sale of the Website and define the rights and obligations of Users connected through the Website.

Any access to and/or use of the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

1 – Definitions

Client(s): any legal entity or individual using the Website to be connected with a Hunter in order to organize property visits.

Content: any information posted by a User on the Website, including texts, images, videos, photographs, comments, trademarks, and company names.

Hunter(s): any individual or legal entity legally registered and operating as an independent professional, offering services to Clients via the Website.

Invoicing Mandate: the agreement by which a Hunter authorizes the Company to issue invoices on their behalf.

Mission: the task assigned by a Client to a Hunter.

Website: https://www.renthunter.fr

Services: all services provided by the Company, including connecting Clients and Hunters and supporting Clients in selecting Hunters.

Users: both Hunters and Clients.

2 – Website Registration

2.1 To access the Services, Users must pay a deposit to initiate a Mission. Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.

2.2 Hunters must complete and update their profile accurately and enter into an Invoicing Mandate with the Company, including providing required compliance documents (KYC, anti-fraud, and labor regulations).

2.3 In case of false or incomplete information, the Company may suspend or terminate the User’s account.

3 – Description of Services

Services include:

• Connecting Hunters and Clients
• Secured payment tools
• Issuing invoices on behalf of Hunters
• Collecting compliance documents

Clients contact Hunters via the Website and agree on the Mission scope. A 30% deposit is paid to begin the Mission. The balance is paid upon completion before lease signing. Payment is transferred to the Hunter after deducting the Company’s commission.

4 – Website Access

The Website is accessible 24/7. Services require deposit payment.

The Company may suspend or modify Services without notice for maintenance or operational reasons.

Users are responsible for their own internet access costs.

5 – Service Pricing

Rental hunting missions range from €1,290 excl. VAT to €2,490 excl. VAT.

6 – Payment System

Payments are made by secure online card payment or bank transfer.

The Company uses Stripe for payment processing. Funds held are not bank deposits and do not accrue interest.

7 – Rating System

Clients may rate Hunters after each Mission. Ratings can be modified at any time.

8 – Disputes

If a Mission is canceled by mutual agreement, a refund is issued minus €150 administrative fees.

In case of disagreement over service quality, Users must seek an amicable solution within 45 days. If unresolved, a refund minus fees is issued.

Late payments may incur penalties according to European Central Bank rates plus 10%.

9 – User Obligations

Users agree to comply with laws and these Terms.

They must provide accurate information, act fairly, not bypass the Website, and not misuse the platform for solicitation.

Hunters must maintain confidentiality and perform Missions personally.

10 – Liability

Users are responsible for the content they publish and contracts they conclude.

The Company acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for Mission execution.

The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to technical issues or force majeure.

11 – Insurance

Hunters are free to take out professional liability insurance.

12 – Personal Data

User data is processed in accordance with French data protection laws.

Data is used for service delivery, statistics, marketing, and newsletters.

Data is stored for five years after account closure.

Users may access, correct, or delete their data by contacting: contact@renthunter.fr

All servers are located in Europe.

13 – Cookies

Cookies are used to ensure proper Website functionality and are stored for six months. Users may disable cookies via browser settings.

14 – Intellectual Property

All Website content is the exclusive property of the Company or its partners.

Users retain ownership of content they publish but grant the Company a worldwide license to use it for marketing and promotion.

15 – Hyperlinks

Users may link to the Website provided it does not harm the Company’s reputation.

The Company is not responsible for third-party websites linked from the Website.

16 – Duration & Termination

These Terms apply indefinitely.

The Company may suspend or terminate accounts for non-compliance after notice.

Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal.
